The second Tainuo Group Skills Competition was successfully concluded on September 7, 2023 at Wuhan Tainuo Fulun Machinery Co., Ltd

The purpose of this competition is to enhance the professional skills of employees, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, and motivate them to focus on their positions, study their business, and innovate bravely.

In order to enhance employees' enthusiasm for participating in the competition, multiple individual and group awards have been established!

Pre match preparation

According to the requirements of the competition, sufficient materials, equipment, tools, and supplies have been prepared, and safety regulations for the competition site have been clarified.

And invite personnel from the group's technical center, human resources and administrative center, and specially invited personnel to serve as judges for this competition.

Competition process

The competition is divided into three categories: drawing editing, sample processing, and finished product welding.

During the competition, the participating employees demonstrated extremely high levels of professional knowledge and skills. They accumulated rich practical experience in their work and demonstrated their strength in the competition with superb skills and solid knowledge reserves.  

Award segment

Ma Yong, General Manager of Wuhan Tainuo, presented the award to Qingdao Fulun Electronics Co., Ltd., the first place winner of the group.

The second place winner of the group, Wuhan Tainuofulun Machinery Co., Ltd., will be awarded by the Group's Director of Human Resources and Administration, Guan Yimin.

An Fengbo, Group Technical Director, presented the award to Qingdao Tainuo Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd., the third place winner of the group.
